By accessing or using Inspiq, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Account Terms

You must provide a valid email address to complete the sign-up process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Use of Services

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity. You must not use the Services to store or transmit content that is offensive, malicious, or inappropriate.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of our Services.
• Use our Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.

• Upload or transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.

Payment and Refunds

You agree to pay for any subscriptions that you purchase and that Inspiq may charge your payment method for any subscriptions purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Account. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing Inspiq with a valid payment method for payment of all fees through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable at this time except as required by law.

One-time Payments

The Subscriber may select a one-time payment option for the use of Inspiq services. This one-time payment grants the Subscriber access to the services for as long as they are available and operational. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the one-time payment is made in consideration of the current availability of the Inspiq services, and does not guarantee future availability for any specific duration. The Subscriber's access to the services is contingent upon the continued operation of Inspiq, which may be subject to business decisions, market conditions, or other factors that may lead to the termination or alteration of the provided services. In the event of cessation or substantial alteration of the services provided by Inspiq, the Subscriber shall not be entitled to any refund of the one-time payment or any other compensatory measures.

Termination

We have the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

We provide the Services "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by posting a notice on this site prior to the change becoming effective.
